HART aims to change perception of biking in Danbury

The Housatonic Area Regional Transit Authority is determined to promote commuting by bicycle or bus and change perceptions that the city isn't bike friendly. HART employees set up tables covered with pamphlets and bumper stickers about biking and public transportation early Wednesday at the Pulse Point bus stop on Kennedy Avenue, next to the nearly full bike rack the company installed two years ago.
