Out-of-State Man Allegedly Caught with Crack Cocaine in Danbury

Police responded to the PriceRite parking lot for reports of drug activity inside a vehicle, the paper reports. The driver Robert Whiteway, 42, of Louisiana was allegedly seen trying to hide a white rick substance, which tested positive for crack cocaine.
