James A. Gannon, 57, of Danbury, Conn., was charged with a count of unlawful possession of a firearm after police responded to reports of an erratic driver and alleged road rage incident on Route 23. Police said the witness/victim reported the driver of another vehicle displayed a firearm after they both had beeninvolved in a confrontation while traveling on Route 23. Police allege Gannon brandished the firearm in the direction of, but not at, a motor vehicle while pulling into the Franklin Quick Chek.
