Widow Of Danbury Man Killed In Metro-North Derailment Suing For $25M

The widow of Aditya Tomar, a Danbury man who was killed after a Metro-North train slammed into an SUV that was on the tracks in Valhalla, N.Y., has plans to sue the railroad, Mount Pleasant, N.Y., and Westchester County, N.Y., for $25 million, reported NBCConnecticut.com. Tomar was one of six people killed in the Feb. 3 collision.
