Danbury Police charged Martel Gibson, 21, Coal Pit Hill Road, Danbury, on Saturday at 1:20 p.m. with two counts of possession or transporting a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a public housing project, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and possession of narcotics.
