Police: 2 Danbury Men Charged for Tampering with IXP Employee's Car

According to police, a IXP civilian front window employee of the Danbury police Department observed two males enter the police lobby at around 2:10 p.m. from the Main Street side. The employee observed the two males later identified as Daryl Mourning, 23, of Danbury and Jahun Danzy, 18, of Danbury then exit through the parking deck side of the lobby.
