Danbury Museum & Historical Society Serves Up Wine With New Exhibit

Get a sneak peak at a new exhibit called "Focus on the Fifties" as the Friends of the Danbury Museum & Historical Society hosts a "Wine With Friends" fundraiser on Thursday, April 30. The a wine-tasting fundraiser, hosted by Wine World of Bethel, runs from 6 to 8 p.m. The evening will feature a savory selection of wines that are perfect for spring and early summer entertaining. Guests will also get a chance to preview the Danbury Museum's upcoming exhibit, "Focus on the Fifties," before its official opening on June 13. "We're excited to partner with Wine World and spotlight the fascinating stories of a more recent time in Danbury's history," said Brigid Guertin, executive director of the Danbury Museum & Historical Society.
