Ex-Employee At Danbury Federal Prison Admits Role in Bribery Scheme

A 43-year-old woman pleaded guilty to participating in a bribery scheme at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury where she was employed. Kisha Perkins pleaded guilty Monday before U.S. District Judge Michael P. Shea in Hartford to acceptance of a bribe by a public official, which carries a maximum of 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
