Police: Almost 50 packets of heroin found in Danbury man's car

A 71-year-old man who was turning himself in to police Monday admitted having 49 packets of heroin in his car, authorities said. James King , of Coalpit Hill Road, Danbury, arrived at the police station at 1 p.m. after learning of a warrant for his arrest, police said.
