Two traffic issues are being reported on westbound I-84 on Wednesday morning near the Connecticut and New York border. A tractor-trailer accident is blocking the right lane of I-84 westbound in Danbury between Exits 2 and 1 on Wednesday morning, the Connecticut Department of Transportation said.
