Hospital techs in Danbury and New Milford vote to unionize

Several hundred technicians at Danbury and New Milford hospital s have voted to unionize, over the objections of the Western Connecticut Health Network . The 260 radiology technologists, respiratory clinicians and licensed practical nurses now have collective bargaining rights similar to the 600 nurses at Danbury Hospital and the 125 nurses at New Milford Hospital.
