Freezing rain creates havoc

Freezing rain caused accidents from Bridgeport to Greenwich and coated inland locations such as Danbury with a layer of black ice. At one point, cars lined the side of Interstate 95 as drivers pulled over, and accidents left some roads closed or impassable.
