Police: Known drug dealer crashes after high-speed pursuit

A Waterbury man with a long criminal history was seriously hurt Tuesday when he crashed his car on Route 7 while trying to evade authorities, police said. Andrew "Moe" Parra , 25, a known drug dealer, refused to stop for officers who were conducting an undercover narcotics investigation in Danbury Tuesday afternoon, police said.
