Danbury police arrested a suspected drug dealer on multiple counts after he fled from officers on Tuesday and ended up crashing on Route 7, according to officials. Andrew "Moe" Parra, 24, of 35-37 Webb St., Waterbury, was under surveillance as part of a drug investigation by a joint task force that included members of the Danbury Police Department's Special Investigation Division, with assistance from the Community Conditions Unit and Patrol Division.
