A Danbury man who struck an officer's patrol car before driving into a snow bank was charged for driving under the influence early Monday morning. According to police, officers were out at around 1:10 a.m. on Monday helping a disabled vehicle at Balmforth and Rowan when officers approached another vehicle approaching and driving erratically.
