Public transit operating normally, though delays possible

As the second snow storm in less than a week barrels into southern New England, transit officials have said trains were to operate on a normal schedule. However, delays of 30 minutes were reported on the New Haven line and 15 minutes on the Danbury branch line Monday morning.
