Danbury cop recognized after following life-long passion

Shortly after graduating from high school in 1979, Joseph Pooler walked away from an opportunity to work in one of the most respected and honorable careers. At the final stage of the hiring process, Pooler withdrew his application to work for the Danbury Police Department so he could pursue other goals.
