Danbury authorities said the nanny-cam footage used to charge a 31-year-old caregiver in the beating of a 3-year-old clearly showed the fear and pain the girl was experiencing, according to newstimes.com. Police said the footage shows Lidia Quilligana picking up the child by the throat and throwing her to the ground as well as grabbing the girl's wrists and holding her hands on what appeared to be stove burners, newstimes.com reported.
