Neighbors upset over proposed Danbury development

For decades, a 74-acre parcel of rolling woods and wetlands northwest of Danbury High School has been a source of consternation for neighbors who don't want to see it developed. Although a plan to cluster 41 condominium-style homes on the southern end of the oblong property represents much less development than the 114 lots that were approved in the 1970s, neighbors are alarmed about this latest project.
