A Danbury man who federal authorities said headed a Fairfield County drug trafficking ring has been sentenced to 18 years in prison. Demetrios "Jimmy" Papadakos , 67, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, oxycodone and marijuana and was sentenced Wednesday by Senior U.S. District Judge Warren W. Eginton to 121 months of imprisonment, followed by four years of supervised release.
